1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use CampTechy. By using our website and services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with all terms stated herein.

Users below 18 years of age are not permitted to participate in any campaigns, submit payment details, or claim any rewards through CampTechy.

By using this platform, you represent and warrant that all information you provide — including your name, UPI ID, or bank details — is accurate, complete, and belongs to you.

2 Use of Our Services

You may use CampTechy for lawful purposes only. By using our platform, you agree not to:

• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Use bots, scripts, or automation tools to complete campaigns or tasks
• Submit false or misleading information to claim rewards
• Misrepresent your identity or payment details
• Use our platform to spam, harass, or mislead other users or campaign partners
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the functionality of our platform
• Use multiple identities or payment details to claim the same offer more than once

3 Campaign Participation Rules

Campaigns listed on CampTechy are provided by third-party partners. CampTechy acts as a facilitator connecting users with these campaigns — we are not the campaign owner or advertiser.

• To receive a payout, you must fully and correctly complete the campaign task as described
• Incomplete, invalid, or fraudulent task completions will be rejected without payout
• Campaign availability, terms, and payout amounts are subject to change or removal at any time without prior notice
• Each campaign may have its own specific eligibility rules which must be followed
• CampTechy reserves the right to verify task completion before processing any payout
• Attempting to game, exploit, or abuse a campaign offer will result in disqualification

4 Referral Program Rules

CampTechy may offer referral programs where users can earn rewards by referring others to campaigns. Referrals are welcome and encouraged, subject to the following rules:

• Referral rewards are credited only for genuine, verified sign-ups or task completions that meet campaign criteria
• Fake referrals, referrals made using bots or automation, or referrals using deceptive methods will be disqualified without payment
• Submitting false or unverifiable referral data is a violation of these Terms and may result in a permanent ban
• CampTechy reserves the right to audit referral activity at any time
• CampTechy reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate any referral program at any time without notice

5 UPI & Bank Payouts

Payouts for completed campaigns are processed via UPI (Unified Payments Interface) or bank transfer to the payment details provided by you at the time of task submission.

• You are solely responsible for providing a correct and active UPI ID or bank account details
• CampTechy is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected transactions due to incorrect payment details submitted by you
• A minimum payout threshold may apply and will be communicated at the time of campaign participation
• Payout processing may take up to 7–14 working days depending on campaign verification and partner processing timelines
• CampTechy reserves the right to hold or withhold payouts if fraud, policy violations, or suspicious activity is suspected pending investigation
• Payouts once processed cannot be reversed. Any errors in payment details are the sole responsibility of the user

6 Participant Suspension & Banning

CampTechy reserves the right to disqualify, suspend, or permanently ban any individual from using the platform who:

• Violates any section of these Terms of Service
• Is found to be engaged in fraud, misuse, or manipulation of campaigns
• Submits fake referrals or fraudulent task completions
• Provides false identity or payment information
• Attempts to exploit, abuse, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Engages in any activity that harms CampTechy, its partners, or other users

7 Intellectual Property

All content on CampTechy — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, campaign data, design elements, and software — is the property of CampTechy or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from CampTechy without prior written permission
• The CampTechy name, logo, and branding may not be used in any manner that could cause confusion or suggest affiliation without consent
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by CampTechy without any obligation or compensation

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

CampTechy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the platform
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any campaign information
• Whether the platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Whether campaign payouts will always be available or consistent

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, CampTechy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform
• Changes, suspension, or removal of campaigns by third-party partners
• Unauthorized access to your submitted data due to your own negligence
• Any errors or omissions in campaign descriptions or payout amounts
• Loss of earnings due to platform downtime, maintenance, or technical issues
• Actions of third-party campaign partners over whom CampTechy has no control

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of the specific payout in dispute.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CampTechy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of or access to the CampTechy platform
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any fraudulent, false, or misleading information submitted by you
• Any illegal activity conducted by you in connection with this platform

11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of CampTechy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12 Changes to These Terms

CampTechy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

Your continued use of CampTechy after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will reflect when the Terms were last updated.
